The Best Western Beacon Charitable Trust is happy to accept applications from employees and owners of Best Western Hotels, owners and employees of Beacon members and also applications from Interchange and Consort Central office employees.
Each case is reviewed on its own merits at the trustees meetings which are held at least four times a year. Occasionally where circumstances dictate, applications are reviewed by the trustees outside of the meetings particularly where there is urgency or a long gap between meetings.

The trust has limited funds and works to a set of parameters that include (but are not limited) to the following guidelines:
- Submission of an application does NOT in any way guarantee that all or part of the request will be agreed.
- We do not make cash donations directly to charities
- Events/activities supported do have to be located in the UK. We exclude funding, sponsorship and other activities which require fundraising that take place outside of the UK.
- We focus on events that require seed funding to cover the cost of further fundraising, e.g. admin costs, marketing costs so that all funds raised go directly to the cause.
- In line with our business ethos we aim to support the causes of local communities that these businesses operate in.
The application form below should be completed before your application can be reviewed. We may come back to you if we feel further information is required. Also if we feel your application may be rejected in its current form we will also contact you to advise ways to modify to potentially get this approved.
Once an application has been reviewed by the trustees we will contact you to advise the outcome.
If you require any assistance completing the application form please contact Rachel Jackson on 01904 695516 or by email rachel.jackson@interchangeandconsort.co.uk.
